RHSMUN REGISTRATION IS CURRENTLY OPEN! 

To register for RHSMUN 2012 please contact Secretary-General Steven Sorensen (sg.rhsmun@imuna.org) 

The following are important dates and deadlines for preparing for RHSMUN 2012. These dates can be found in the Faculty Prep Guide. These dates also reflect the corrected Position Paper Deadline (as of 10/24/12). 

November 5: Position Paper Deadline I. Position Papers due by this date will be returned to delegates prior to conference with comments from our Directors. 

November 7: All schools will be invoiced by this date 

November 16: (1) All Position Papers are due by this date. Position Papers received after this  date will not be eligible for Research Awards. (2) All schools must have their reservations made with the conference hotel, the Parc 55. (3) Unless other arrangements have been made, the full balance of all conference fees is due to the Secretary-General. 

November 20: All forms are due by email to the Secretary-General. Forms can be found in the Faculty Prep Guide. Forms not emailed by this date are due at conference registration on November 29. Forms that are not received by this date will make participation at RHSMUN 2012 impossible.

1:00 PM: Delegate Workshop I (Location TBD) 

2:00 PM: Delegate Workshop II (Location TBD) 

3:00 PM: Conference Registration Closes

4:00- 5:00 PM: Opening Ceremonies in the Cyril Magnin Ball Room 

5:00- 6:00 PM: Late Registration and Quick Dinner Break 

6:00 PM: Commitee Session I Begins

8:00 PM: Faculty Meeting (Location TBD) 

11:00 PM: End of Committee Session I

12:00 PM: Lunch Break 

1:00 PM: Commitee Session III Begins

2:00 PM: Faculty Feedback Session 

3:00 PM- 5:00 PM: Faculty Reception Presented by the IMUNA Board of Directors (Location TBD)

6:00 PM: End of Committee Session III

6:00 PM: Staff Interest Meeting (for Senior Delegates)

8:00 AM: Committee Session IV Begins/ Plenary Session Begins (tentatively at the Herbst Theatre) 

11:00 AM- 12:30 PM: Closing Ceremonies (tentatively at the Herbst Theatre)
