#4: Intro to Parli Pro!

Hey y'all! I know this may be many of y'alls first Model UN conference, so I wanted to share a few tips on parliamentary procedure! I encourage you all to read our official Rules of Procedure when you receive your delegate guide, but in the meantime, here's a handy presentation! A fellow staffer made it last year for his committee, and I tweaked it a but, but the point is to give y'all a (colorful!) handy intro to the main points of parliamentary procedure!
