Conference Fees

NHSMUN 2021 fees will once again remain the same as in previous years. Specifically, the fee structure is listed below.

 

Online/Virtual Participant Fee – $55 per person

If you choose to participate in the online conference for NHSMUN 2021, the participant fee will be $55. If you sign up for the in-person conference and later switch to the online conference, you will receive a refund for any overpayment amount. In-Person Participant Fee – $105 per person

A participant fee is charged for each student or teacher/chaperone who attends the conference. The participant fee includes access to all NHSMUN materials and programming: committee sessions, speakers series, mission briefings, preparation workshops, delegate social, faculty sessions, banquet, auxiliary programming, preparation materials, credentials, programs, placards, on-site materials, security fees, and all other supplementary conference activities and materials.

 

School Fee & Delegation Fee – $95

Each school attending NHSMUN pays one school fee, which covers NHSMUN’s online registration platform hosting fees and administrative service costs. Each delegation pays one delegation fee. A delegation is considered each country represented by a school (typically, one country per 15-20 students). If requested, separate assignments on specialized committees comprise a delegation as well. Details about how to request placement on our optional specialized committees are made available during the country request submission process.

Payment Types and Deadlines

Payment Types – NHSMUN accepts payment by check, credit card, or wire transfer. Details on how to pay using each of these methods will be available in your invoice. Please note that for online payment by credit card, there is a 3.5% convenience fee, and for payment by wire transfer, there is a bank fee of $20.00.

 

Payment Thresholds – Payment is not required in order to reserve seats during early registration (prior to October 1). Once our regular registration period begins on October 1, you will receive an invoice that corresponds to your registration request. Should you require additional time beyond the due date listed on your invoice, we invite you to please contact us to request an extension of the deadline.
