Conference Fees

The NHSMUN 2025 fee structure is listed below. Please contact registration.nhsmun@imuna.org should you have any questions.

 

Participant Fee

A participant fee is charged for each student or teacher/chaperone who attends the conference. The participant fee includes access to all NHSMUN materials and programming: committee sessions, speakers series, mission briefings, preparation workshops, delegate social, faculty sessions, banquet, auxiliary programming, preparation materials, credentials, programs, placards, on-site materials, conference security, and all other supplementary conference activities and materials. The participant fee is charged based on the date of registration and payment:

 

Early Registration: June 1 – August 31 ($125 per person)

Regular Registration: September 1 – October 31 ($135 per person)

Late Registration: November 1 onward ($145 per person)

 

Payment must be received by NHSMUN by the final date of each registration tier in order to maintain the corresponding pricing. For example, if registering during the early registration window, payment must be received by August 31 in order to maintain the participant fee of $125. Beginning September 1, the participant fee increases to $135 for regular registration.

 

School & Delegation Fee – $95

Each school or group attending NHSMUN pays one school fee, which covers NHSMUN’s online registration platform hosting fees and administrative service costs. One delegation fee is also assessed for each delegation (country/role) requested.

Payment Types and Deadlines

Payment Types – NHSMUN accepts payment by check, credit card, or wire transfer. Details on how to pay using each of these methods will be available in your invoice. Please note that for online payment by credit card, there is a 3.5% fee, and for payment by wire transfer, there is a bank fee of $20.00.

 

Payment Thresholds – After your registration request has been reviewed and provisionally accepted, you will receive an invoice that corresponds to your registration submission. We understand that school districts often have cumbersome payment processes. Please contact us to discuss any extenuating circumstances that may arise. If you miss a payment deadline, we will contact you promptly. If we do not hear from you within 5 business days, we reserve the right to cancel your registration and move your seats to our waiting list, in order to accommodate other schools.

 

Refunds NHSMUN’s conference fees are non-refundable after January 1. For changes or cancellations made between November 15 and January 1, a 50% refund will be processed. For changes or cancellations made prior to November 15, a 100% refund will be processed. Please note that these refund policies apply regardless of inclement weather, visa issuance, or other external factors. Please be sure to communicate any changes in your delegation to registration.nhsmun@imuna.org as early as possible to ensure that the pertinent refunds can be processed. Regrettably, we cannot make exceptions to the refund policy as it is tied to non-refundable payments that NHSMUN must make to its vendors.
